We had an amazing experience at this hostel! The community is warm and welcoming, and we loved meeting people from all over the world. The hotel facilities are great - the kitchen is huge and well-equipped, and the outdoor hangout area is perfect for relaxing in the hammocks or having a barbecue. The location is very convenient, as we were able to walk to everything we needed. Plus, there are bikes available for rent if you want to explore further. The staff was fantastic, and they helped us organize everything we wanted to do. we had a fantastic time here!
Was all great.

The hostel is conveniently located close to the center of town, making it easy to explore all the restaurants and amenities. it is just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches, allowing guests to easily access the sun and surf. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a day of adventure. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer helpful advice and assistance. the common area is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of seating and hammocks to socialize and unwind.
Some of the rooms have windows that face the community area, which can sometimes be a bit loud and smelly from the cooking.

The outdoor common area with lots of hammocks and a big kitchen was fantastic. It was very clean and had every basic necessity we needed. The owner and staff were very amiable and had organized family dinners for us. We met lots of people and loved it. We also had access to friendly networking and helpful tips.
The common area was noisy from 8 am until 10 pm or 11 pm, which can be unsuitable for light sleepers. Sometimes the water supply was not enough to shower or use the bathroom.

This hotel offers great value for money, particularly in an expensive area like Puerto Viejo. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to provide useful information and make you feel welcome. The outdoor showers and hammocks add to the relaxed atmosphere, and the indoor showers are clean and refreshing. Plus, the hotel provides towels, which is a nice touch. The rooms with four beds are a bit small, but they serve their purpose and the fans provide good circulation. The location, tucked away in a quiet area near the forest, ensures a peaceful stay.
Everything was fine, with no major issues to mention.

Loved the cute little complimentary toiletries and the free breakfast in bed. the beach is just a short walk away and the area is fun to explore.
Not ideal for couples looking for privacy, as the hostel is quite busy and lively. the music and noise can be overwhelming and there is no real quiet area to escape to.

This hotel is in a convenient location close to everything. You can easily go sightseeing without any hassle. the room was cozy and comfortable with a great view from the window. the breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. the leisure facilities are great, and young people will love relaxing by the pool and playing games in the games room.
The hotel staff should be more welcoming and helpful.
